I’m So Glad You’re Here

You’ve done the things you were supposed to do - career, relationships, stability - but something still feels off.

You may look confident on the outside, yet inside, it’s harder to feel grounded, connected, or fully alive.

Therapy offers a space to slow down and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface — the patterns, emotions, and moments that quietly shape your life.

Meet Jon

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working in the fast-paced world of innovation and technology - an environment that celebrates performance, productivity, and constant motion. From the outside, life looked good. But like many of the people I now work with, I knew what it was like to feel out of sync on the inside and wonder why success didn’t bring the sense of fulfillment or connection I expected.

That curiosity, about what makes life feel meaningful, connected, and alive, led me to psychotherapy. Today, I work with individuals and couples who want to make sense of that same dissonance between how things appear and how they actually feel.

In therapy, we slow things down. Together, we explore the emotions, patterns, and relational dynamics that shape your inner world and relationships. It’s not about fixing what’s wrong — it’s about reconnecting with what’s real inside you, so your outer life begins to feel more aligned.

My Focus

My focus is on helping people who appear to have it together on the outside but feel depressed, anxious, or unfulfilled on the inside.

In our work together, we look beneath the surface — at the patterns, emotions, and unspoken stories that shape your relationships and sense of self.

My approach is grounded in attachment research and relational psychotherapy, which means we’ll pay close attention to how you experience yourself and others, including in the room with me.

Over time, therapy becomes a space where you can reconnect with what feels real and alive within you, so your inner life and outer world begin to feel more aligned.
